Served 1976 - 1977 1st Bn - 7th Inf - Combat Support Company (CSC) on Graves Kaserne Aschaffenburg FRG. I would be great to connect with some of the folks from that time.

Looking for anyone that was in the 3rd Brigade Band, in the summer of 1963, in A-burg! Also, or, Co. B 1/7th Mar-June 63, HHC 3 Brigade, Jun 63-Feb 65, and A Co. 1/7 Feb 65-Sep 65!  Also, when did the 3rd "Unity Brigade" become the 3rd "Phantom Brigade"! I can't believe it will be 50 years in March of 63, since I landed in A-Burg!

We are having an event on Dec 1st in McMinnville, Tennessee and we want to invite any WWII vehicles or soldiers.  It's called, "I'll Be Home for Christmas" and we are going to turn our downtown into a 1940's Christmas.  If you know anyone who might be interested, please give them my contact information, or give me theirs and I will contact them.
Thank you,
Carla

I was trying to maybe see if anyone knows the
situation or details of my father Otto Clyde Bailey
from Brunswick, Maine getting a battlefield
commission? I was also wondering if anyone had any
photos of his service in Korea? He passed away about
3 years ago and told me about his Korean War service
but never the exact story of getting his commission
because his platoon leader was KIA. thanks

I'm not sure where to start.  My cousin is very sick and would like to
re connect with a very good friend he served with in Vietnam.  My cousins name is Harold Finley and from what he is able to say (his voice is very challenged/hard to understand at this time), his friends name was "Sampson" possibly...he is not able to recall his last name.  My cousin (Harold "Hal") was a medic.  he states he was both the 1st and 7th Infantry.  i was able to locate an old letter he sent which has
NG27588528 Medic
HHSB 1stBN 7thARTY
1st Infantry Devision                  on the front of the envelope dated
8 July 1969

He seemded to think that "Sampson" (a nickname) was in the "7th" with him and that was all he could recall.  My cousin is very sick and stated he'd really like to talk to this old frined if he is still around.
My telephone is 972 248 7658

Thank you
